Ginger Honey Chicken
This is a pretty easy recipe to whip up for a weeknight dinner. This chicken is GOOD. I love the how the flavors come together. Yum! We grilled it but you could probably bake it instead if you prefer (or if it’s too cold to grill!).
Ginger Honey Chicken
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 green onions, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Stir together the honey, soy sauce, wine, lemon juice, onions, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Place with chicken in large zip-top bag. Refrigerate twenty minutes. Remove chicken from marinade. Grill covered with lid over medium.
Cook for 6 minutes on each side.
